• Integration with third-party CRMs and services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By using Real Estate OS, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are a licensed real estate professional or work in the real estate industry
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

Real Estate OS offers subscription-based services. Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice to subscribers.

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Failed payments may result in suspension of service
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. This applies only to first-time subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

We provide tools for you to export Your Data at any time. Upon account cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL ESTATE OS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Real Estate OS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Real Estate OS regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
