Request deletion of your personal data

At Real Estate OS, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our systems.

What Data Can Be Deleted

Personal Information

  • Name and contact details
  • Account credentials
  • Profile information
  • Billing information

Usage Data

  • CRM connections and integrations
  • Activity logs and analytics
  • Communication history
  • Preferences and settings

Important: Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or business purposes as required by law. This includes:

  • Transaction records for accounting/tax purposes (7 years)
  • Security logs for fraud prevention (1 year)
  • Legal compliance records as required by applicable law

How to Request Data Deletion

Self-Service (Fastest)

Log into your Real Estate OS account and navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will immediately initiate the deletion process.

Email Request

Send an email to our support team with your deletion request. Include your registered email address for verification.

Fill out our support form with your deletion request. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Deletion Timeline

Immediate

Account access is disabled and data is queued for deletion

24h

Within 24 Hours

Active data is removed from production systems

30d

Within 30 Days

All data is permanently deleted from backup systems

Third-Party Integrations

Deleting your Real Estate OS account will remove data from our systems, but will not affect data stored in connected third-party services (such as your CRM). To fully remove your data:

  • Disconnect all CRM integrations before deleting your account
  • Contact third-party providers directly to request data deletion from their systems
  • Review each provider's privacy policy for their specific deletion procedures
